Urethane cement topcoat is a three-part urethane polymer concrete high-build coating. It is designed as a thin film roll applied, concrete resurfacing classified, for concrete protection flooring product ranging from 8 mils to 16 mils thickness. This product is easily applied with flat to 1/8″ V-notched rubber squeegee, brush, or roller depending on the desired film build and surface texture. It is an all-purpose product having versatile end benefits such as metal primer, concrete sealer, mid-coat, topcoat or aggregates seal coat for pigmented broadcast systems. It can also be used for patching, walls and coving when mixed with suitable aggregates.
